If you are comparing ADFLIKER, AiSensy and Privyr, start with the work your team needs to complete every day. Sending a WhatsApp campaign, following up with a new lead and reporting a completed sale are different jobs. The right evaluation follows an enquiry through all of them.
This guide is published by ADFLIKER. It is a workflow checklist, not an independent product ranking. Competitor descriptions below are based on their linked public pages, reviewed on September 27, 2026. Verify current features, account eligibility and pricing directly with each provider.
What to evaluate in each product
ADFLIKER: lead capture and sales follow-up
ADFLIKER brings lead capture, WhatsApp follow-ups, chatbot qualification, pipeline management and Meta Conversion API workflows together. Explore the feature overview and ask for a demonstration from a new enquiry through to a recorded sale. Check the current plans against your lead volume and team requirements.
AiSensy: WhatsApp campaign and automation tools
AiSensy's published feature page describes WhatsApp broadcasts, chatbot tools and team messaging. If these are central to your workflow, use your demo to test audience selection, campaign replies and how customer details reach your sales process.
Privyr: WhatsApp campaigns connected to leads
Privyr's WhatsApp Campaigns guide describes campaigns through official WhatsApp APIs. Ask how its setup fits your existing number, how replies are handled and how your team follows up with campaign recipients.
Run the same demo with every provider
- Create an enquiry. Use your real lead source and check the fields that arrive.
- Send a response. Check the message setup and how you see delivery or failure.
- Reply as a customer. Ask a realistic question and inspect the information available to your salesperson.
- Assign the next action. Confirm who owns the lead and how the team remembers to follow up.
- Record an outcome. Move the lead to the relevant sales stage and inspect reporting.
- Test an exception. Try a duplicate enquiry, an opt-out and a request for human help.
Compare the complete cost
Request a quote using the same number of users, contacts, monthly enquiries and outbound messages. Ask which charges are for the software, which relate to messaging, and which features require a higher plan. Confirm onboarding, support, exports and cancellation terms in writing.
A lower monthly subscription may not describe the whole cost of running your workflow. Equally, a larger feature list has little value if your team only needs a few of those features.
Choose by the workflow you can verify
Score each demonstration against your own requirements: setup effort, ease of follow-up, visibility of customer context and reporting. Let the people who will use the tool try it. Keep any missing requirement visible rather than assuming it will be added later.
